Booking 1-2-1 training: payments and cancellations
The short version of our booking terms. The full terms and conditions apply to every booking.
- Paying for lessons
- Paid in full before the lesson.
- Cancelling a lesson
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours. Within 24 hours, or if you don’t attend, the lesson is lost and can’t be rescheduled.
- Lesson packages
- Paid in full before the first session. 3 lessons are used within 50 days and 6 lessons within 60 days. No refunds on unused sessions once a package has started.

£95 for a 1-hour lesson, or £90 a lesson in a package: 3 lessons for £270 or 6 lessons for £540. A home visit is £160.
Do you offer training at people's homes?
Yes, across the East Riding of Yorkshire. A 1-hour home visit is £160, with travel included within 30 minutes of us and an extra charge beyond that. Packages can’t be used for home visits.
Where do 1-2-1 lessons take place?
At Revolution Dog Training Grounds or in Pocklington, or at your home with a home visit anywhere in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
How many 1-2-1 lessons will my dog need?
It depends on your dog. After your Initial Lesson we recommend a plan.
Is 1-2-1 training the same as private dog training?
Yes. Every lesson is private and one-to-one, just you, your dog and one of our trainers and behaviourists. It covers everyday obedience as well as behaviour problems such as reactivity, pulling and poor recall.
Do I need to be at every lesson?
Yes. 1-2-1 lessons work with you and your dog together, so you learn how to keep the training going.
Can I get help between lessons?
Yes. You get WhatsApp support between lessons, and we reply within 24 to 48 hours.
How long do lesson packages last?
A package of 3 lessons is used within 50 days, and a package of 6 within 60 days.
What is your cancellation policy for lessons?
Lessons are paid in full beforehand. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refunded, and within 24 hours (or if you don’t attend) the lesson is lost and can’t be rescheduled.
