Booking puppy training: payments and cancellations

- Paying for lessons
- Paid in full before the lesson.
- Cancelling a lesson
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours. Within 24 hours, or if you don’t attend, the lesson is lost and can’t be rescheduled.
- Puppy Package
- Paid in full before the first lesson, used within 50 days, no refunds once started.

Hands-on 1-hour lessons where we work with you and your dog together, at our training ground, in Pocklington or at your home, with WhatsApp support in between. -
Day Dog Training · From £160 per day
The Pathway Programme: five consecutive days of structured training with us, 9:00am to 4:30pm, and your dog comes home with you every evening. -
Residential Dog Training · From £108 per day
Two residential programmes in a dedicated dog room in our home, not kennels: The Precision Programme for two weeks, and The Mastery Programme for four to eight weeks.
