Every dog we train, from a new puppy to a dog on our Mastery Programme, starts the same way: a free 15-minute phone consultation. It's how we make sure you book the training your dog actually needs.
Why we start with a phone call
Two dogs with the same problem can need very different training. A short conversation tells us far more than a form can, and it means we can point you to the right service from the start, whether that's puppy lessons, 1-2-1 lessons, day training or residential training.
What we'll talk about
- Your dog: their age, breed and what they're like day to day
- What you'd like to change, and when it happens
- What you've already tried
- What you'd like life with your dog to look like
What to have ready
You don't need to prepare anything, but it helps to have a few examples in mind: where the problem shows up, how often, and what your dog does. If you're thinking about residential training, it's also worth knowing that dogs need to be at least 16 weeks old and fully vaccinated.
What happens after the call
We'll recommend the right starting point for your dog. From there:
- Puppy training: we book your puppy's lessons once we've spoken, so they're planned around your puppy.
- 1-2-1 training: you start with an Initial Lesson at our training grounds (£95), and we recommend a plan from there.
- Day training: a £250 deposit secures your place on The Pathway Programme.
- Residential training: a deposit secures your start date, on the first or third Monday of the month. Your quote is valid for 3 months.
