1. Agreement and Acceptance
By enrolling your dog in our residential training program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Scope of Services
We will provide training services as agreed upon and specified in the training program. This may include obedience training, behaviour modification, socialisation, and other training techniques. Our trainers will make their best efforts to achieve the desired results, but the success of training depends on various factors, including the dog's temperament and willingness to learn.
When it comes to training dogs there is no guarantee of success and in some cases, a small number of dogs/behaviours cannot be fixed so therefore we then have to concentrate on managing the dog's environment. We will always do our best to help and achieve your goals but in some circumstances, for example, the severity of the case/how long the behaviour has been left for/genetics etc, it's just not possible.
3. Dog Eligibility
Only dogs that meet the following criteria are eligible for our residential training programmes:
Dogs must be at least 16 weeks old and in good overall health.
Aggressive dogs or dogs with a history of aggression may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse training if we deem it unsafe or unsuitable.
4. Training Process
Duration: The duration of the training program will be agreed upon during the initial assessment and may vary depending on the specific needs of the dog.
Progress Updates for residential stays: We will provide regular updates on your dog's progress throughout their stay, including photos, videos, and written reports.
Progress updates for intense training days: We will provide you with an update each evening you collect your dog throughout the week of their intense training programme.
5. Owner Responsibilities
The owner must provide accurate and complete information about their dog's health, behaviour, and any relevant history, including medical conditions, allergies, and previous training.
It is the owner's responsibility to ensure their dog is fit and healthy for training.
The owner is responsible for ensuring their dog is up to date on the necessary vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and any required medical treatments. If the owner chooses not to routinely vaccinate their dog this is their choice, and the decision is made at their own risk. There can be no guarantee that there is no risk of disease at any venue or when in contact with other dogs and equipment.
You agree to assume all responsibility for any risks, injuries and damages which might occur as a result of your dog attending any training with us. Should a vet visit be required these costs must be covered by yourself.
Please advise in advance of any training if your dog has been unwell or in contact with another dog infected with a contagious disease, it may be advisable to rearrange.
Please advise us if your dog is in season so we can make adequate plans.
6. Payment, refunds and cancellations
One-to-one sessions, intensive training packages and residential courses require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. The outstanding balance is to be paid no later than the date your course commences. Revolution Dog Training has the right to rearrange the course if payment has not been paid in full by the proposed start date.
Cancellations of assessments and one-to-one sessions within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable. Cancellations within 2 weeks of residential bookings are non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances. Cancellations within 7 days of intensive training days are non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances.
One-to-one sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the booking or bookings that are not attended are lost and can not be rescheduled.
Quotations given for training packages after the initial consultation are valid for a three-month period.
7. Liability and Indemnity
We will take good care and precautions during the training process. However, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur to your dog, yourself, or third parties during or after any training.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your dog.
8. Food.
Your dog's food must be provided for your dog's stay. We like your dog to continue on the food they are comfortable eating. If this is difficult then we can supply the food at an extra cost that will need to be paid prior to your dog training.
9. Complaints.
All complaints must be made through our email address ([email protected]) Please allow up to 7 days for a reply. We take all complaints seriously and before we can reply we must investigate internally.

We reserve the right to capture pictures and videos of your dog during their stay for promotional or documentation purposes. By agreeing to these terms, you grant us permission to use these for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for photographs/videos of you or your dog to be used, please let us know.
